Terms and Conditions

Promotional period 22-02-2010 to 31-03-2010.

Misco customers are entitled to claim cash back for this promotion up to a maximum of 25 qualifying products purchased during the period of the promotion.

1. This promotion is only open and applicable to the purchase of specific qualifying products. A list of qualifying products can be found at http://www.misco.co.uk/cashback-centre/current-cashbacks.
2. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
3. This offer is not open to employees of Misco, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion.
4. In order to qualify, you must submit your full and valid claim within 14 days of purchasing your product.
5. The closing date for applications is 14th April 2010. Any applications received after this date will be deemed invalid.
6. To qualify for the promotion you must send the following documents:
   • A fully completed £25 Cash Back Program claim form – this can be found at www.misco.co.uk/applications/cashback/index.asp
   • A copy of your Misco invoice clearly detailing the purchase of your product and dated within the promotional period.
7. Your proof of purchase will not be posted back to you – please do not send the original.
8. Provided that the terms and conditions of this promotion have been met, a refund for the relevant amount will be paid to you by bank transfer within 56 days of receipt of your application.
9. Applications will be screened for validity to ensure that:
   • The transaction made is a bona fide purchase of the qualifying product
   • The qualifying product has not subsequently been returned to Misco.
10. In the event of a product failing or being replaced during the cash back claim period and if the cash back claim has not been paid out, the original claim will be voided and you will need to re-submit your claim accordingly against your replacement order. If the product is returned after the cash back claim has been accepted and paid, it is at Misco's discretion to deduct the cash back amount from any future refunds relating to this order.
11. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

13. This promotion is limited up to a maximum of 25 qualifying products purchased during the period of the promotion.
14. Misco will be responsible for the cost of arranging your cash back reimbursement, but you will be responsible for all other costs associated with the refund process. Misco reserves the right to withhold a cash back reimbursement if there is cause to believe a claim is made other than in accordance with these conditions.
15. The customer claiming for cash back reimbursement will be responsible for any tax implications there may be.
16. As part of applying for and receiving a cash back reimbursement, it is the responsibility of VAT registered companies to consider and act upon the following statement from HMRC:
    ‘If you are VAT registered and you receive ‘cash back’ this reduces the taxable value of your purchase and you must reduce your input tax accordingly. HMRC will assess for over-claimed input tax where these adjustments are not made.’
17. This cash back reimbursement will not affect your statutory rights.
18. Misco cannot accept liability for any applications lost, damaged or destroyed in the post.
